Report if “Void Open” Appears

I came across this at an airport gas station. I went inside and reported it. The clerk looks angry and comes out to look at it.

"Oh that, they don't replace the sticker when doing maintenance. Ignore it. It's safe. "

He continues, "I thought someone opened it again! You scared me for a second there, man. "

Ok then. So I returned the car without a full tank figuring a crazy tank charge is still cheaper than having my card skimmed and cloned.
